AeLeeMD Laser Center uses the HIPAA-compliant PatientNow medical scheduling system for online appointments.
1. Privacy & Credit Card Information
When scheduling an appointment, the system will ask for basic personal information and a credit card. Credit card information is used solely to confirm and protect your appointment time. All personal and payment information is kept confidential and secure and will never be used for unauthorized charges.
2. Complimentary Consultations
Consultation appointments are complimentary. If you decide to proceed with a treatment or procedure, our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and may collect a treatment deposit depending on the service selected. Any required deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost and is not an additional fee.
3. Why Is a Credit Card Required?
To protect treatment time and appointment availability, PatientNow requires a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged unless:
• An appointment is canceled without proper notice
• A patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment
For certain treatments, our team may contact you after booking to collect a deposit to reserve treatment time.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.
Due to our schedule, we are closed on Mondays and Saturdays. To ensure adequate time for appointment coordination:
• For Tuesday appointments, please contact us by Sunday at 4:30 PM if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment.
• For Sunday appointments, please contact us by Friday at 4:30 PM if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment.
Requests received after these deadlines may be considered late cancellations and may be subject to our cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show appointments, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
